房间很漂亮，跟照片上一样，精致有格调。位置很好，位于第七区，晚上步行也很安全。步行到埃菲尔铁塔15分钟，靠近军事博物馆，地铁站边有出租车站点，打车也很方便。房东细致准确，介绍了周边情况。房间设施一应俱全，很可惜没有时间充分利用厨房。住宿不含早餐，不过楼下就有一个早餐店，很方便。第一天晚上到了发现没有拖鞋，房东很贴心的立刻从其它住处拿了两双过来。总体感觉是一次很好的住宿体验。
Xavier was an extremely responsive host at all times - from when we contacted him six months before our stay with questions, to a couple of months before when we asked about arrival time (which he was graciously flexible on), to during our stay when we had questions about the hot water (a temporary problem quickly resolved). We loved the location close to the Seine and the Metro with wonderful shopping and a killer view of the Eiffel Tower along the Rue St Dominique. The kitchen is well-outfitted and the washing machine extremely handy to have. There is excellent light in the living room, though no real view. One minor caveat which did not trouble us unduly but which might bother those guests who are very style-conscious: the furnishings, while comfortable enough, are not particularly beautiful. But remember you’re not staying at the Bristol or George V - and certainly not paying their extortionate rates!
Wonderful apartment in 7th arr. of Paris. The location is outstanding with easy Metro and RER stations within a 5-minute walk. Great restaurants in the immediate area. Supermarket just a few minutes away. The apartment is furnished beautifully with a well-stocked kitchen. The building and neighborhood are quiet. Highly recommended. Great apartment and host.
Beautiful apartment on a quiet side street in the 7th. Great neighborhood restaurants, easy to walk to museums or take the metro to further locations. Champaubert was great about meeting us at the apartment and going through all apartment instructions. Would stay there again.
We had the most wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with all essential items. It was warm and comfortable and a pleasure to return to after a busy day walking the streets of Paris - including the short walk to rue de Cler for the market. An absolute gem of a find and highly recommend this apartment.
