I enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect. Close to beautiful parks and the near the mall. The unit was clean and quiet. Mary Ann is a great host who communicates well and timely. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a great spot if you visit Manila. Airport is in a great/reasonable distance, Glorietta mall is close by and reachable by food with basically anything you could need. The view from the apartment is just mindblowing and deserves attention. The gym on the 7th floor is good equipped und exceptional good. The pool on the same floor is very clean and refreshing, same goes for the whirlpool next to it. The host is exceptional kind and supportive. If you are in Manila, this spot is worth a visit.

Mary Ann is very caretaking and always proactively connects to her guests! I first received her message long before my trip, and last until my flight landed in my home country. And for that I am traveling with my mom, she even helped me renting an extra mat to sleep, making the stay more comfortable. The building is in the walking distance to all the good restaurants/cafe/bars in the Legaspi village, and this area is pretty safe at night. The 24hr frontdesk is also super friendly. For staying in Makati, I truly recommend Mary Ann's place.

Mary Ann was very helpful and accomodating. Her place was very clean, and very nice. The only issue we had was the room aircon, but she was very helpful to us. We would come back for the second time.

I enjoyed my stay at Mary Ann’s place. The pictures and description of the unit were true. Place was clean and fresh. The bathroom light was bright and not dimmed unlike the other 2 places i’ve been to. It was nice that she took time to welcome me upon check-in and same for check-out. I plan to book again and would recommend this to friends and fam.
