Fantastic house and location!. We all felt Alex's place really has warm homely character, the rooms having a country style, the bathroom is really great with a powerful shower. The garden was beautiful too. We liked to be able to make use of the deck. Even though it's a couple of minutes walk from the old town center we had great views of the countryside and felt secluded. 解封后，我和朋友四个人在峰区玩得太晚了，临时预订了Alex的airbnb。相比我以往住的其他airbnb，一切都超乎我的想象 ，Alex的家很温馨，尤其是在零下一度的晚上，洗上一个热水澡，非常给力的喷头，实在太舒服了！他家的房间是那种很经典英式乡村风，有个很漂亮的花园，现在还没有太多的花，我想夏天应该会特别漂亮，拍照会很漂亮。花园里还有一个木质露台，有两张木椅子，适合坐着喝咖啡和聊聊天。这次时间太赶了，还想再去一次！！

Alex was a lovely host - kind, responsive, flexible, and the had the best recommendations! The house had everything we needed with comfy beds, an equipped kitchen, and spacious common areas. Alex put the fire on for us as we arrived which was very welcoming and cosy. The location is very close to everything in Buxton. Would highly recommend!

Alex was such a wonderfully attentive host and had a beautiful home. He gave us lots of recommendations for our short stay in the Peak District and provided us with everything we needed to have a comfortable weekend away. We loved lighting the stove one evening which Alex had already laid for us (made our lives a lot easier!) and we even used the one outside at the top of the garden. Street parking was ample although could get busy, which we'd been pre-warned about so we had no issues. We felt right at home and the beds were really comfy. Would highly recommend Alex's home to anyone looking for a trip to Buxton.

The host was really welcoming showing us around the house (virtually as he was on holiday) and was available whenever we needed him. He also gave great recommendations and provided maps of the area. House was super clean and tidy, only downside was that the optional sofa bed and optional campbed was uncomfortable, but the main 3 double beds were comfortable. The fireplace and the outside equipment was great (although we didn’t have great weather at the weekend!)
