While waiting for a new home build, we stayed here for 3.5 months. The entire experience was nothing short of excellent. Because we already lived in Henderson, we were familiar with Lake Las Vegas. Cece’s place allows you to experience all the area has to offer and is easily walkable to The Village, where you will find restaurants, a grocery store, & various water sports. If walking is something you enjoy, there are a number of paths in the area with great views of the lake and city. The condo is located in a resort building, which is quiet and peaceful. Amenities include a heated pool & jacuzzi, a gym, and secure underground parking. And the condo itself has a small kitchen, refrigerator, & beverage cooler which allowed us to actually cook nearly every day we were there. Cece was a wonderful host as well. On the first night, we discovered the microwave was not working & she and her husband arrived the same day and replaced it! We highly recommend Cece’s place!

Really nice little studio! I spent a month here and had an awesome time. Cable and WiFi worked great, kitchen space is nice and blackout curtains were a great plus! Cece was always available via the app and was quick to respond and accept when I needed to add another night to my booking. The area around Lake Las Vegas is a little sleepier than I expected, but the village has live music on the weekend and they had a few neighborhood events that were nice. Seasons Market and the coffee shop over at the Westin were my usual hangouts and had plenty of snacks and drinks for me. And I was able to get Instacart and Amazon deliveries for all the rest. Would definitely recommend for a long-term stay if you're looking for some pretty sunsets and pool/hot tub time. Workout room is also very nice!

My stay at LLV was awesome and CeCe’s place is amazing. She was always so responsive and super friendly. Great host!!

Pros: 1. Cece (the owner) is terrific. Very responsive and quick to fix any issues that come up. 2. This is a great little place. Think of it as a well equipped hotel room. 3. It's in a beautiful location. Cons: 1. It's FAR from everything. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, Freemont street, etc., it's great, but if you plan on hitting the night spots, you'll have a long drive. It's 10 miles just to get to the freeway. And there are no local businesses, not close grocery store or other conveniences. All-in-all a great place, just be aware of where Lake Las Vegas is relative to Las Vegas is overall.

Amazing place in a beautiful spot! Very clean, newly renovated, great amenities and underground parking - perfect for the Vegas heat! Great communication with the host, responds quickly
