Greystone is a modern 3-bedroom infinity pool villa on top of a mountain amidst the nature spread over 1 acre of land. This luxurious villa is a perfect combination of industrial theme and tastefully done interiors suitable for weekend getaways. The patio is spacious, overlooking the valley while you take a swim in the infinity pool or just relax and have a peaceful evening with loved ones away from the hustle bustle of the city. The entire space is equipped with air-conditioning. Indoors The villa is spread across two levels – ground and first floor. Ground floor The ground floor has a spacious living room with an open kitchen connected by an island platform and a dining area. There is a powder room attached to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with 24x7 care taker. Bedroom 1 with the ensuite bathroom and king size bed opens up to the patio and the pool along with the living room. The entire ground floor is wheel chair accessible. First floor The first floor has a family room equipped with board games, carrom, etc. and an attached balcony perfect for watching the sunrise. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom and a poster bed. The bathroom has free standing tub and a separate shower area overlooking the valley. Bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom complete with a tub and a king size bed in the room. Both the rooms have an attached balcony overlooking the valley and the pool. Outdoors Private pool The size of the infinity pool is 24 ft X 12 ft and is 4 ft deep. Patio There is a large patio around the pool making it perfect place for everyone to unwind and enjoy the sunset. Garden There is a garden on the other side of the house perfect for outdoor games or a cozy bonfire for those chilly nights.

Great place for a relaxed vacation outside of Mumbai. The view is awesome, especially during sunset. The host was very responsive and took care of any of our needs/concerns. The last stretch of road leading to the place is quite bumpy, but the host arranged for local commute.

- The last stretch of the road was some ride! - We were happy the villa looked just like the pictures on the site, a lot of us have been deceived in the past. - The spacious hall and rooms are beautiful. The swimming pool is nicely maintained. Whatever filtration you guys are using is great! - All the meals were served as per the timings we agreed and the quantity was adequate. - The caretaker family did not bother us and were courteous in our interactions. - All said and done it was a decent weekend at your property. Property in Middle of nature, view from infinity pool is breathtaking. Property is built with great deal of details and thoughtfulness If you are looking for a getaway close to nature go for it…

It was our first time Villa experience. And we must say it was superb. This villas is absolutely as it is shown in the photos on AirBnB. Interior, cleanliness, service , food etc was just 5 star quality. Care taker was always available for any help. Host Ushma resolved all our queries. She answered all our queries and questions very patiently and never gave any false commitments. The best part was Infinity pool …! the view of the valley from pool was just amazing. It just made our day. This villa is way better than many of the four-five star resorts. ( We have experience of Upper deck Lonavla and The Forest Club Karjat) . The bathrooms with bathtubs with valley view…wow …just amazing ! All bedrooms were super clean and spacious. Also there were lot of indoor games available and Large 4K television to enjoy in living room with excellent Wifi range in all parts of Villas. If you want to experience modern amenities with in the heart of nature you must visit Greystone Villa. Thanks!
