Ocean was closer than what it looks like in pics. Furniture and tv or different then what’s in the pics. Has flat screens not old box tv. In person the place is nicer on the inside and more up to date I would stay again.

the view is absolutely amazing! being able to walk right out and be on the beach that's so private was indescribable. Absolutely would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed being able to walk right out the door and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset and go for walks or relax on the deck. The house was also perfect for relaxing an central to everything we came to Melbourne for. We would stay again.

This was our second visit at this address, and it was excellent. One improvement would be several chairs available so that guests could sit at the table on the deck for dinner. Even folding chairs would be helpful. The location right on the beach is sensational. Thank you!

Great spot on the water, right next to a community park. Tough to beat what you get for the price. Last residents left odor in home and owner had it handled swiftly on our behalf. Will revisit, thanks!
