We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It is really well placed within the village for easy access to shops, restaurants and walks and it was lovely being so close to the river. The cottage had lots of space and really catered well for adults and children, the hobbit hole (children’s space) was a great idea. Lee was very friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the wine and extra logs! We are already trying to plan a return visit!

Ideal location in the heart of Ingleton, within walking distance to the Ingleton Waterfalls. Across the road to a co-op, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Lovely accommodation with everything you need for a stay away from home. Nice touch of an Easter Egg for the kids and wine for the parents. Would highly recommend

A really enjoyable stay in a lovely holiday home. The hosts were incredibly helpful, very responsive and when I informed them of an error message on the heating panel, they were over immediately to fix it! We even arrived to find an Easter egg for the children which was a lovely added touch. The location was great for us with the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail just a few minutes walk from the door, a village Easter Egg hunt and local towns/walks to explore close to the house. We were quite lucky with the weather but when it did rain, the children loved the Hobbit Hole and had so much fun playing with all the toys, puzzles, games and books hidden away down there! The house itself was lovely and clean, beautifully presented and very well equipped for our stay. There were 6 of us staying at the holiday home and there was plenty of space for us all without feeling like we were on top of each other. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We spent 2 nights here and it was a brilliant short stay. The accommodation is in a perfect location for exploring ingleton falls and there are nice pubs in a short walking distance as well. The house was great for relaxing in the evening after a good day of walking! I would 100% recommend staying here

We had a lovely family weekend at Lee’s home (5 adults, 1 children). The space was perfect for us and Lee provided helpful instructions, which were particularly helpful for the parking. He also was able to cater for various family members feather allergies by providing synthetic pillows etc. the village is gorgeous and everything is a short walk away. The whole area is beautiful with lots to do, it’s just a shame we were only able to have such a short stay!
