The only things that were a slight inconvenience were a train that ran a few hundred feet from the house and went by every hour and a half including at night that I do not believe was disclosed anywhere in the description however ear plugs were provided. There was also no Brita or other water filter available for those who didn’t want to test their luck with the tap even if it is okay. Everything else was fantastic.

This was exactly as described and a lovely place to stay. I hope to return at a different time of the year to enjoy all the area has to offer. I particularly loved the sound of the water!

This was a great stay, especially for the price. Very clean and cozy. I misread the description and assumed there was a fireplace in the room but that was my mistake, not theirs. Unfortunately due to covid precautions they aren’t doing a hot breakfast right now but I enjoyed drinking coffee and the snacks they laid out. Great quiet location with proximity to Ohiopyle, Laurel Highlands trails, etc. The town of Confluence is very small and this time of year a lot was closed.

This is a nice country home by the river. The host are wonderful people. If you do not want to travel for food, there is a place less than 2 miles away. Do not be discouraged by the name, Mitch’s Fuel and Food. Yes, there’s a gas station, but inside there is both a convenient store and on the other side a small, country style restaurant. The food was delicious and the service extremely friendly. Back at the home, there is a continental breakfast provided. This was a nice experience. Thank you, Robin and Dan.
