There's a reason why literally ALL of the reviews of this rental are positive and why many people (like us) are returning guests. I'll echo those reviews ("perfect", "great") by saying it's really comfortable, in a great neighborhood, and you'll feel right at home when you check in. The deck is a terrific place to begin or end the day. Bonus: it's actually one of the few AirBnB rentals that says it has a King bed and really DOES. I slept like a rock! There's also a reason why Gabby is a "Super Host": she's communicative and naturally friendly and outgoing. Her place is wonderful and It's always a pleasure to stay here. Who needs the Hip Strip when you've got this? Thanks, Gabby. Five Stars.

The University Guest House was just perfect! It was so close to campus, which was perfect, since I was visiting my son. The place had everything you could need. It was clean, well-appointed, and Gabby is a fantastic host. I look forward to staying here again, the next time I am in town! Thank you!
