Location is a couple of blocks off the HIP Strip of S Higgins and is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, downtown Missoula, and the University Montana. Walking trails along the Clark Fork River are just minutes away by foot.

Great little casita! A few party favors left over from the last renters but other than that a great place!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sally's place! The unit was easy to find, parking was convenient, and the place was beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the UM campus, and intend to stay there again.

Clean and homey little casita right in the heart of third st! Private, comfortable, and containing everything I needed and wanted. The skylights were amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!
Sally and the Hip Strip is a must! Such a great place with all you will need to make your Missoula trip perfect. I will be back for sure.

The Kim Williams Trail along the Clark Fork River is also just 3 blocks away. Easy walk to downtown Missoula and the University of Montana. You will love the convenience and walkability of the area!

From Interstate 90, take the Orange Street Exit and go south for 1 mile, cross the Clark Fork River and turn left at the first stoplight onto S 3rd St W, the property is the second one on the right.
Park anywhere on the street or in the dedicated space for Unit C in the alley.
The front door is the beautiful wooden door with windows located inside the fenced courtyard accessed via side path on the right from the front or through the gate from the parking area in the alley.
Lockbox is located next to the front door.
