I would definitely recommend Wendy's place to anyone who enjoys living with dogs! It's situated on a quiet street of Capitol Hill that's still a short walk from the lively parts of the neighborhood with plenty of bus routes to go to nearby neighborhoods. It is about 20 minutes walking from the light rail station though, so travelling to some parts of Seattle can be a bit more difficult. Wendy was a very friendly, accommodating, and communicative host. Her dogs were also very friendly and sweet. It is still a house with 3-5 dogs (they dogsit a good portion of the time) so they can get rowdy from time to time. The house itself also matched the listing description and pictures. It was clean, well kept, and had everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. If you're looking for a good value place that's in a quiet area still close to everything and you don't mind sharing a space with others and multiple dogs, I would highly recommend Wendy's place!

My dog and I loved staying with Wendy and Jess so much! Wendy really made us feel like we were at home, not only friendly and communicative, but by the end of our two-month stay we felt more like housemates than Airbnb guests. Room is cute, cozy, and as advertised! Bathroom is technically shared and used by guests, but the hosts have another bathroom they usually use so it usually feels like yours. Location is excellent, very walkable around capitol hill and easy public transit to downtown. The best part is getting to play with the dogs! Wendy and Jess have three ridiculously loveable furry friends, and in addition they host other dogs around the neighborhood for playdates and occasional stays. Both the hosts are super good with dogs and do a good job vetting any other dogs that will be there. I will say that this is NOT a place for those who merely tolerate dogs; but if you love them as much as I do, this will be one of your best and most memorable stays!

Great location, minutes away from the action in Cap Hill and with easy access to the rest of the city through nearby public transportation. Wendy is an amazing host, very friendly and welcoming. With some beautiful fur babies in the house too! I felt like I was at home during my whole stay

Thank you for that nice month in Seattle. I really enjoyed the cozy room, the dogs and the funny housemates. I felt very welcome and comfortable. Wendy helps where she can and is well organized. Staying at this central location is super convenient and all of Seattle’s most important spots are easy to walk/ride to. Overall it was a great stay at a great location, you definitely have to love dogs to stay here, but as I do, it was great!
