Was in town for a show at El Corazon, this place was the perfect location as we could walk right over to the venue! Lots of cool stuff within walking distance. Ye, as John says, there is a lot of noise from nightlife but it was no problem for us! Great place, great city.

Looked everywhere for a place to stay while in Seattle and John’s airbnb was the perfect amount of space and quite affordable, especially with the view. Motels were more expensive than this airbnb. Noise outside can be outrageous but i’m a sleep with the tv on kind of person so i didn’t hear a thing from outside at all unless it was silent in the room! John was very communicative and super nice about our late check in! Will definitely be recommending and staying here again!

Great location, close to everything Capitol Hill and not too far of a walk to downtown. Being next to a lot of bars it was a bit noisy at night.

its kind of like a new york style apartment. The out side was very plain. It had two keyed entries. which made me feel safer and all the street side doors had metal grates and locks. But inside was just like the picture. It had vintage walls and carpets on the inside in warm colors. The room I rented looked just like the picture. It was vintage in the room as well. Had closets, cleaning supplies, towels and toilet paper provided. The couch was comfy in the living room as was the bed with a nice down blanket and fresh sheets, Value for the money was above what I had expected.

The place is cute and near a lot of great cap hill things. It’s dated, the building is sketch and the noise outside the windows at night is no joke. That being said, great location and the problem we had with checking in was quickly addressed very late at night. John was communicative and worked to be flexible with check out times as well.
