Our home is an immaculate newer 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Dennis Village in the beautiful historic district. A short walk just down the road (1/2 mi) to Corporation Beach or into the village. This beach is on the bay side protected by a rock jetty which keeps the ocean waves calm. The beach has restrooms, a swing set, an outdoor restaurant and a snack bar. Walk 1/4 mile into the village for restaurants, art galleries, the Museum of Fine Arts, a small grocery store, local pottery shops and more. For allergy sufferers we have all mattresses and pillows in special allergy reducing cotton zippered covers and the home has no pets. The house is kept very clean. The first floor of the home has one queen bedroom, one full bath, a living room with a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace, a dining area and an updated kitchen stocked with everything you could need. There is a lovely sun porch off the kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms, one King bedroom and one room with a full size bed and a twin bed. There is a second full bath upstairs and a small loft area with a queen futon and toys for kids. We have lovely spacious front yard and outdoor space in the side yard with a large table and chairs and a Weber grill for your use. Our home is set back from the street and is very private (on a road with just two homes). Very safe yard for young kids, lots of open level space for lawn games. Quiet neighborhood in the perfect location. You can walk everywhere.
