Stunning Views & Comfort We had an absolutely delightful stay at The Old Boatyard in Padstow. The apartments' perfect location near shops and restaurants, while still offering a tranquil atmosphere, was a standout feature. The breathtaking views over the estuary, with Rock visible across the water, truly took my breath away. The convenience of on-site parking and the added benefit of a lift for those who need it were appreciated. The apartment itself was well-appointed and comfortable, boasting two twin rooms with en-suite showers. The inclusion of a smart TV and reliable internet access, with download speeds around 20mbps, ensured that even data-hungry teenagers in the family could stay entertained without interruption. Bill and Jane's exceptional communication and availability as hosts added an extra layer of reassurance to the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend The Old Boatyard to anyone seeking a fantastic place to stay in Padstow.

Beautiful apartment , perfect location , stunning view , comfy and warm beds , everything we needed . we didn’t move our car all week , used the ferry to Rock , walked coastal paths and used public transport. We loved it and would recommend to others . Thanks for a lovely week .

Our one-week stay at The Old Boatyard was incredible, the view alone needs its own paragraph! Communications beforehand were brilliant with Jane being really quick to respond to any questions I had and she even sent through a video walk-through of the apartment prior to our arrival which was a really nice touch. The apartment comes with a private parking space which was easy to find and meant we could just leave the car and wander into Padstow not having to worry about it. Everything was within easy walking reach, restaurants, shops, the ferry point, to get us across to Rock or even to pick up the SWCP and go on a long walk around to Harlyn Bay. Being situated within the heart of the town and yet having a quiet escape was perfect for us. Accessing the keys and the apartment itself was really easy from the clear instructions provided by Jane. The apartment was absolutely spotless upon arrival and we instantly felt at home. The kitchen was the most well-stocked one we had ever experienced via an AirB&B rent, it literally had everything we could possibly think of for cooking some great meals and even had a separate wine fridge. The two bedrooms were really comfortable and had plenty of storage for unpacking everything. It was wonderful to have two shower rooms now my son is older. But the BEST thing about this apartment was the immense view, we could (and did) literally spend hours just sitting and watching the view change. We will definitely be returning and cannot wait until we can be back in Padstow at the Old Boatyard!

We liked everything about the apartment. It’s such a peaceful location, whilst being in the centre of bustling Padstow. The views from the living room across the estuary are beautiful.
