Notre séjour à Tahiti a été sublimé par le logement d’Alexandre. Ce lever chaque matins et découvrir cette vue magnifique…whaou…👍 Merci a Alexandre pour sa réactivité (changement immédiat du réfrigérateur suite à une panne)… Sans oublier un autre atout majeur de la maison : FOX 😉

Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Das Bad ist sehr gut eingerichtet; die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet; das Bett ist bequem. Alexandre und seine Frau sind wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Einzig die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr suboptimal. Das Haus befindet sich sehr weit oben, die Anfahrt mit einem kleinen PKW gestaltet sich wegen der sehr steilen Straße äußerst schwierig. Die Aussicht ist in Ordnung, allerdings hat man sie weder vom Zimmer aus noch von der Terrasse. Es lohnt sich nicht, extra deswegen die Wohnung zu mieten, außer man ist mit 4WD unterwegs. Man muss außerdem wissen, dass die Privatsphäre etwas eingeschränkt ist, da der Wohnungszugang des Vermieters am Küchenfenster vorbei führt.

If you are looking for a comfortable, perfectly equipped and quiet holiday flat, Alexandre's flat is the right place for you. The view of Moorea is incredibly beautiful, and with a bit of luck you can also see breathtaking sunsets. On the one hand, the location is good because you are close to important places (airport, main town, harbour for snorkelling, starting point for booked excursions), on the other hand, the flat is so far up the mountain that it took us a few trips to get used to the steep path. We definitely recommend hiring an automatic car.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to start & end your day in Tahiti at a reasonable price, this is a great spot for you. If you’re looking to come back often to your room throughout the day, I would recommend a different spot. You NEED a car to stay here. Pros The view Washing machine Air conditioner in bedroom Cute dog on property! Parking Price Kitchen/Fridge Cons Bed/bedding are not the most comfortable Super steep drive off main road (had to turn off AC to get rental car up) Some ants in the kitchen Overall, we had a nice stay, and the price point was right for us!

Great place to stay in tahiti and extremely good value! This place will have everything you need including a small kitchen to cut up fruits or make a meal. The house is located on a steep hill as many other reviews have said - you must have a car and even if it’s a far drive uphill, the view at Alexandre’s place is unbeatable. On a clear day you can see the water and the island of Moorea. Alexandre is a really nice and very responsive host. His family lives above but you have your own privacy. The dog Fox is cute and will definitely visit you. Close to the food truck area where you can get a quick easy meal by the water. Also many supermarkets close by by car. Highly recommended!
