This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. - There is a strictly no smoking policy inside the booked property. - Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement. Cost can depend on the type of key and time required of getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out. -Depending on how you have reserved, a refundable security deposit it`s payable before arrival. For stays above 28 nights a deposit starting from 2 weeks up to a month rental it's required. - We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above. Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
