Edward’s was place is the absolute perfect little getaway cabin! It was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed, and you can tell that every little thing is thought about and provided for. We will definitely look to book here again when coming back to Cuchara! We had a fabulous time!

First of all, the place was spotless when we arrived. Great job by whoever cleans the place! It’s a cabin that has been around for many decades yet has all the modern conveniences you’d expect. Has all the cooking utensils you’d ever need. Very cozy and quiet area right across the highway from Cuchara restaurants, easy walking distance. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck sipping wine in the evening. It rained one afternoon while we were there. My wife took advantage of this by crushing me in a game of Monopoly that is in the cabin along with other games and books. We will definitely plan another trip to the Baby Bear Cabin. Thanks Edward!

This is a beautiful little historic cabin, walking distance to Cuchara. If has been modernized and remodeled, but the historic integrity of the property is still in tact. Some considerations: if the traveler has orthopedic issues the property could pose some challenges: several steps to get to the front door and a raised master bed that is a little comical for short people to get into. Living room furniture is comfortable. Kitchen small but well outfitted with pots, pans etc Edward lightening fast on his responses to questions. Very accommodating.

Loved Baby Bear Cabin! Close enough to walk to town to shop and grab a bite to eat. The cabin itself was unique and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wow! The cabin was so peaceful and perfect. It completely exceeded our expectations. The location was central to many walking trails, within walking distance to downtown, and in a beautiful setting. We saw wildlife right from the deck. The cabin was very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this cabin for an awesome getaway. :)
