Imagine your grandmother had an immaculate, spacious, quiet and cozy mountain cabin. That's Carol's place. It was comfortable and homey. The kitchen was totally equipped for real family dining. Great hiking and surroundings with friendly neighbors. Beautiful mountainous area. The dogs were also very happy. We accidentally left a dog bowl and hope to return to pick it up some time.

This cabin was perfect for our family! Carol was awesome!! Provided everything we needed and was extremely generous to us!! Thank you Carol and we will be renting this cabin again next year for our family reunion!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carol’s family cabin and found it hard to leave! The moment we arrived we felt right at home. Carol had everything we needed to enjoy our 2 days there. The cabin was gorgeous with great views from the huge porch and we were just a short walk away from restaurants and coffee and anything we needed for the stay. I would come back here in a heartbeat!

Carol's cabin was exactly as described and photographed. It was a great place to gather with family for a wedding right down the road. It was homey and more like staying at grandma's house than at a hotel. It was very remote - make sure to bring groceries with you, and it will be great! Wifi is spotty, and don't expect to be able to use cell phones to make phone calls. Because we were there for a wedding, we didn't take advantage of the nearby hiking, but I sure wish we could have. Carol was a fantastic host and very responsive.
