Tree-filled views of wildlife, flowers, clear skies, & the Cucharas River from the back deck. Moments from outstanding hikes, fishing, bird watching, mtn biking, kayaking, discgolf, tennis, geocaching, mini golf, horseback, & the village of Cuchara. Blue & Bear Lakes, DikesTrail, Cuchara Mtn Park, Spring Creek Trail, Farley Overlook, Cordova Pass, &Monument Lake, etc. Downstairs main bedroom: king bed with en suite bathroom (accessible from living area and bedroom). Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom: one room has 3 twin bunk beds and an additional floor mattress if desired; the other bedroom has a king sized bed. Ceilings are sloped in both rooms. Main living area downstairs has a couch and three comfy chairs. Dining table seats 4. Kitchen counter comfortably seats 4-5. There is a detached garage apartment on site and it may periodically be occupied by our family or a property caretaker. We will let you know if that will be the case. There is a trampoline at the house. Please use it responsibly. The nearest hospital is about 45 minutes away in Walsenburg. 😅
