Wonderful, spacious studio in a great location. Everything needed is within walking distance. A great temporary (6 week) home during job relocation/apartment hunting. Looks exactly like the photos. Was greeted by Alex who helped carry luggage up the stairs and provided a thorough walk-through of the unit. Very helpful in addition to the info sheet. Highly recommend this studio if you have the needed for an extended stay!

This Air BnB was incredible. I actually moved to the city several months before staying here, and I made sure to explore almost all of Manhattan. That said, this neighborhood is one of my favorites! The apartment is luxurious and has a nice cool AC for that summer heat. It’s got everything you need for a stay of any length—and that’s a lot coming from me. Trust me, if you knew me, you’d know that I prioritize comfort over everything on vacation. That said, I never had to go out of my way to get things on my own for my comfort. It’s all included in the apartment. There’s a bodega near by, a great pizza joint, a good ramen spot, etc. 10/10

Beautiful place! Exactly like the picture, no surprises. George is an amazing host and very responsive and flexible. The place was clean and has everything you need and want. Perfect size and very cozy. Building is quiet and clean. Neighborhood feels safe! Close proximity to everything you want in NYC, such as restaurants, night life, and tourist attractions. Perfect for a first-timer living in the city. Will definitely be booking with George again. Highly highly recommend!!!

My stay at George's place was great. Check-in was smooth, they were flexible with time and kind enough to carry HEAVY bag upstairs. The place was exactly as shown in listing, no magical lenses or angles. Good use of space, comfortable, and a reprieve after the day. Upgraded appliances and bathroom; soooo nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. The apt. provided all the things you don't think about until you need to buy (i.e. trash-bags, detergent, kitchen condiments, Brita pitcher). Very much appreciated and saves time, money, and hassle to get items. Bonus: blackout blinds! Because it is conveniently located, a note that has nothing to do with property or owner, it is NY so be aware if a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Close to Grand Central which is great to all trains: LIRR, subway, Metro North. Easy to walk to pretty much everywhere in city. Thanks George! I recommend if you're shopping around, George's place checks all the boxes.
