We've had concerns going AirBnB in foreign countries but Snow made the whole experience amazing from beginning to end. The place is exactly as advertised and more. The interior design is really something else. So well thought out, unique. Feet from the ocean not bad either! What a great trip for the family. A+.
Really excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone. The taco bar surpassed (by a lot) what I would have expected in terms of food quality. Would be nice if it opened a tad earlier, but that's picking nits.
the house is extremely clean, major bonus for us travelling with small kids that touch everything, and very well built and decorated! it’s also very convenient being inside the zorba property and having service and the little cafe. however do note with this particular villa (#2) you’re not actually beachfront. there is only one villa that is actually beachfront and has a small private pool. the shared pool is nice and very pretty to look at—just very cold!! the villa can feel private but also be aware of people being able to see into your doors and windows. it’s sooo nice that the property provides all of the basics for the house as well as toys for the beach and gear to play in the ocean. they were very accommodating for our needs and helped with transportation and food recommendations. the chiringuito hotel next door has amazing food, don’t miss it. the location is good because you have shops and pharmacies and other hotels close by, but it does feel a bit on the outskirts of the main area. overall a nice airbnb but i would’ve liked to pay less for what we experienced.

WOW! What a phenomenal place for a vacation. The location is at the far end of Tulum, so it was nice and quiet while still being close enough to walk to practically anywhere along the Main Street. The private beach and taco stand on the property could not have been more ideal and delicious. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating, ensuring we never ran low on anything. The end of our trip was during a hurricane and they ensured we found somewhere safe to get to, checked in on us, and made sure we were safe. They treated us like family :) Overall just a wonderful wonderful property that we will most DEFINITELY be coming back to.

Our homes are directly on the beach in the boutique hotel area of Tulum - the most desirable location in the area. Immerse in the sounds of the sea and walk to explore. Tulum is one of my favourite places. The soft white sand beach, turquoise sea, and creative atmosphere make it easy to relax and connect. Yoga studios, spas, kite boarding spots, and fabulous restaurants are steps away from your private seaside paradise.
