Big apartment equipped with everything you need. Very nice terrace with a great view over Valencia. Travel Habitat took good care of us, especially when we needed something.

Enjoyed our stay here, good location, especially for the central market. Great sun terrace for early morning breakfast or relaxing later in the day. Could hear street noises from younger people through the night while trying to sleep. Undergoing Parkade near the old market about a half km away was super cheap to park the car for us. About 8 Euros a day. Beds and pillows need updating. I actually went to a store and bought a cheap 6 euro priced pillow ( only one they had to sell ) and it was way better than the ones in the apartment. Lots of space in the apartment. Had to get keys from a plaza about a half km away from a lock box which was inconvenient given it was in a box 90 degrees to what I could see and while locals sat in an outdoor restaurant watching me. Then had to navigate back the small streets many one ways back to the apartment with in our car. The host said it’s was because of COVID and less contact with the guest but everywhere else I’ve gone in the days and weeks since in Spain had been easier to get into with some hosts meeting us to show us around and give keys or parkade keys. The showers could use a good cleaning of the grout which had black maybe mold in the grout but they were clean otherwise. Location was good. Close to central market and a walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Apartment was spacious. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies but not a lot of counter space to prepare the food.

Quelle déception ! Nous nous faisions un plaisir de découvrir cet appartement si séduisant en photos. Dans les faits, un accueil détestable par la femme de ménage qui a libéré l’appartement à 18:45. Lave-linge annoncé en panne et stores cassés. Il a fallu 4 jours à l’agence pour annoncer le passage d’un technicien. Nous sommes allés 2 fois au pressing mais aucun geste commercial proposé. Dans cet appartement tout est vétuste. Nos dos vont se souvenir de la literie. Sinon l’appartement est très bien situé et offre une belle vue sur le Valence historique. Nous ne retiendrons que ça de positif.

The apartment is situated in a quite street in what I consider the best part of town. It is in the old town just steps from the tourist attractions, live music and market without being in the chaos. My family of 5 stayed for New Year's Eve. We walked to the Plaza de Ayntamiento for the awesome City-wide party and quickly hurried home to watch the fireworks from our deck at midnight. The view is fantastic. The apartment itself is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen amenities are great. There is a problem with the tile floor however, the grout is coming out and makes the floor gritty. The water pressure is low but we never had a problem getting hot water. Despite these, we really enjoyed our stay.

Just had a great weekend in this apartment. Communication with the host was always quick and concise. It is well located, minutes from restaurants and bars and key attractions. It is stocked with plenty of crockery and glassware and the rooms have ample storage. As the weather was good, breakfast on the terrace was a bonus. Whilst there were a couple of cracked sliding doors and a damaged mirror panel in the main bedroom, this didn't detract from our stay and I would recommend and return.
