Identify wildlife in its natural habitat - hawks, seabirds, and smaller birds that alight on the deck to feed. Enjoy every amenity in this fully renovated ranch decorated in nautical style with wood laminate flooring throughout. Lounge in the spacious living room/kitchen below the vaulted ceiling. Settle in the family room to build a puzzle, read, or watch TV. Escape to the master suite with queen-size bed, two-person jacuzzi, shower bath, TV, and deck overlooking the river. One guest bedroom has queen-size bed, the other twin bunk beds, and guest bath has full tub. A fully enclosed outdoor shower offers bathing under the stars.

Kelly and her wonderful home were amazing! Kelly was very responsive and easy to deal with the entire week. My wife and I have nothing but the highest regards with our dealings with Kelly!! As for home... It was truly beautiful. Homey, updated and absolutely breathe taking view!!! Highly recommend to any family looking to get away and simply relax.
Our week at Kelly's place was wonderful. Beyond our beach adventures, the porch life was a standout, offering breathtaking views of birds, wildlife, and the surrounding beauty, even on a rainy day. Kelly's exceptional hosting began with outstanding pre-trip communication. Her warmth and friendliness made us feel completely at home. The well-equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise, featuring a wide range of spices and sharp knives – perfect for anyone who enjoys a bit of cooking on vacation. The outdoor shower was not only immaculately clean but also incredibly refreshing, providing a sublime and invigorating experience. Families with children will appreciate the modest collection of games and toys, ensuring that the little ones had a few extra things to do around the house. Kelly's place was nothing short of fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again in the future.
Our family, three kids and three adults, had a wonderful time at Kelly's place. We kayaked and paddle boarded straight from the dock to Swan pond with ease. The house was clean, homey, and fun. Laundry was useful as was the open kitchen. I would recommend Kelly's place to friends and family.
My son & I had an absolutely wonderful stay!! [5 star rating throughout!] It's such a beautiful ranch house with the "Swan River" right behind it! This house has so much charm (having high ceiling & skylights as well, for example). The neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful, too. There are decks (each having amazing views) outside the 2 living rooms & the lovely master bedroom, but the scenery can be seen from virtually every room. For me, there is true serenity when sitting out on the dock watching the river & the wildlife. We had such an incredible experience, & I would recommend staying there to everybody! My family of 5 had a lovely vacation at Kelly’s place. The house was very clean and had amenities that made our stay relaxing. The view outside - the river and trees, etc was phenomenal. Kelly is very clear in instructions and is responsive. Love to return again.

Within walking distance are restaurants, coffee house, antique shop, boat rental, and convenience store. Cape Cod Rail Trail located 1 mile away and accessible by bike on sidewalk. Dennis beach just over a mile away, accessible by sidewalk and crosswalks. Just over a mile away in Dennisport village (accessible by sidewalk) are more antique and gift shops plus large grocery store. Close by are great golf courses and, of course, Dennis' famous beaches on both north and south sides. A bit beyond is the entire glorious Cape.
A mile away is the beach! Kayak, walk, bike or drive to the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy the amazing Cape Cod beaches.

Growing up my family owned a summer home in Dennisport. I spent many summer days canoeing down Swan River with my sister and brother. I also loved floating on my surf board riding the tide in and out at the mouth of Swan River at South Village Beach. I am currently a high school art educator who continues to enjoy summers on Cape Cod with family and friends. Swan River continues to delight me as I kayak and paddle board on its waterways, watching the river wildlife and taking in its natural beauty. It is my pleasure to rent my home so others can enjoy the river and all of Cape Cod's splendor.
