This was one of favorite stays with Airbnb , the location was perfect. The condo was wonderful. Clean and peaceful, Jon had detailed instruction upon check in and made my stay very easy . I would recommend Jon’s place .

We had a great time in Memphis! This apartment is walking distance to everyone wanted to see, awesome location. And surprisingly quiet considering we were steps from the action! Thank you!

Jon's place is exactly what we were looking for in Memphis for our stay with our kids (ages 12 and 15) over spring break. We took the back bedroom, our daughter took the second bedroom and our son slept on the couch so everybody had their own room to sleep in. Location was excellent with tons of restaurants, museums, Beale street and the riverfront only a short walk away. We did end up driving to several attractions that were far (like Graceland and Shelby Farms park). The unit included an assigned parking space in a very clean and gated lot behind the unit so we did not have to street park. Amenities were very good with a big tv with Nextflix and Hulu + good wifi. Kitchen had a good amount of silverware, plates, etc. There was a well stocked Keurig machine and a traditional coffee maker with paper filters which we preferred. The building is very interesting as it is a renovated 100+ year old historic hotel. Jon was very responsive. Overall great stay!!

Let’s call this place what it is…it’s an income property for folks who don’t live there. I only say that because it’s clear some maintenance things and general care haven’t been kept up the same as if it was a residence. Kitchen amenities are barebones but adequate. That said, we had everything we needed, the location can’t be beat, price is fair, beds were extremely comfortable, Roku made for sufficient programming options. I would absolutely recommend this property to other guests.
