Danny and Joanie are fantastic hosts! Communication was seamless. Ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The entire property is beautiful and relaxing. Amazing views. We really enjoyed the creek and exploring the surrounding areas. Good local food recommendations too. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend this place more. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful but also wanted to make sure everything felt private and peaceful. The river is incredible, even when it’s raining. There is grocery stores and restaurants close by but when you are there it feels like you are remote because their property is so huge and undeveloped. We also made wooden toys in Danny’s workshop, I highly recommend this activity too. It was so fun, he made it so easy and I made something I will literally keep forever. I have never once booked an air bnb twice but I definitely want to come back during the summer to swim in the creek!

We were looking for private access to wonderful nature and we got it! Joanie and Danny were friendly, welcoming and very attentive. The home was cozy, the private hot tub with the night’s sky view was incredible and words cannot describe how beautiful the property and creek was. We literally had a river and the surrounding woods to ourselves! Thank you, Joanie and Danny! We look forward to coming back soon!

Danny and Joanie were welcoming and friendly hosts! The apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend and we were very comfortable. The AC kept us cool during the hot days and we opened the windows at night to hear the river and waterfall. The hammocks by the river and the sunset from the hot tub were the highlights for us. We would definitely come back!
