We were a group of 3 friends who travelled to the Okanagan for a wine-tasting weekend. Robert and Pamela’s place was very nice. We were a bit apprehensive when we arrived, as the front yard looked a bit dodgy (all weeds). However, the house itself was lovely —- lots of character, very clean, well-equipped, and quiet. It was a heritage-style half-duplex, with lots of room to spread out. There were 3 bedrooms (two with queen beds, and one with two single beds). The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated, modern, and very clean. There was a good assortment of dishes / cutlery / pots and pans / serving dishes in the kitchen. There were nice towels and washcloths in the bathroom. It was too early in the spring to sit outside, but there was a small deck and outdoor dining table just off the living room. The house was located a few blocks away from the downtown. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Overall, excellent value for the price!

Great spot! Easy to walk downtown. Quiet neighbourhood. The place was very well appointed and spotless. Terrific value. Very good hosts!

Very comfortable and well equipped place to stay. Pamela and Robert knew I’d be showing up after dark and reached out to offer to leave some lights on. A nice personal touch. The space upstairs gave my son a quiet and private spot to get his homework done in the evenings. Original wood floors in much of the house give the house a nice character. Comfortable beds and furniture and everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. I would definitely stay again if I’m out in Vernon.

Great little house in a convenient location close to town and the road to Silverstar. Pamela was friendly and gracious and the place was super clean.
