Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Well equipped and cosy, with everything you need for a short stay. We appreciated the additional items included (delicious brownies). Perfectly clean, and friendly host. Well located with a few pubs within walking distance and easy access into Worthing. :)

Lovely, clean and comfortable place to stay in a beautiful part of the country. We were meeting family in nearby Findon Valley, so it was ideally located for us. We also did the Cissbury ring walk from the door (takes 90 minutes).

This is a lovely little place in a really beautiful, quiet little village. The kitchen has all the things you need for self-catering, the living room and bedroom are comfy, and the shower is decent. WiFi was good, telly OK, and tea and milk supplies very much appreciated. The roads are dark at night - there's not much/ any lighting. Pack a small torch. Pavements don't exist here except as a gesture, & the odd motorist acts like pedestrians don't exist either. There's little traffic at all, though. Just something to bear in mind. Margaret is an excellent host. She was so welcoming to my three year old and left him a collection of toys to play with - even lent him a trike. He really appreciated that. This is a great get-away spot, with South Downs walks, fine old pubs and good restaurants. The park is worth a visit too.

The Annexe is a very comfortable and modern space. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely see if it was available if we come to West Sussex again. Margaret was very friendly and helpful with good communication before we arrived. We felt we could speak to her if we needed help.
