非常完美的房子。 屋主为我们准备了牛奶。 做晚饭其间煤气突然没了，电话通知屋主后，他们马上赶到为我们解决问题。 非常好的住宿体验。

BEST house I have stayed in New Zealand. It's a big house has enough space for more than four people, quite and comfortable, has everything you need in the house. And it has a incredible night view of Wellington out of balcony. Also there is a fireplace in living room, it's a unforgettable experience to use fireplace for the first time.Host Lucinda is really nice, she welcomed us in the house and sent us enough wood during our stay. 房子在一座山上，阳台看出去的夜景很美，房子特别大，感觉住六个人也没问题（我们是一家四口入住）厨房里应有尽有，什么都能煮。客厅的壁炉特别好玩而且暖和。开车5分钟到超市，不堵车的话十几分钟到市区，如果还来惠灵顿还想再来住。

Graham’s house was as described in the listing, it has a new kitchen & is spacious. It did however smell very damp & I would not recommend anyone who is immunocompromised to stay there. I had a quite bad reaction to the dampness in the air & there was visible black mould in the ensuite bathroom. I am immunocompromised but my family aren’t & they didn’t have a reaction but could clearly smell the dampness. I contacted Graham & he told me that all of Karori is damp as it is 100m above sea level, he did not believe that the house would be damp but it is hard to photograph a smell. I convinced myself it would be ok as we planned to spend most of our time outside of the house & booking somewhere else last minute was so pricey, but sadly I am now in hospital due to complications that arose from this reaction. I have stayed in many AirBnB’s and have never had this issue before. If you are healthy & damp smells/mould don’t bother you, it was good value for the money.

This was good value for money and the views are exceptional. It is an older property which I expected and with some minor repairs would be excellent.

Spacious 4 bedroom house. Great kitchen. All needs catered for. Up steep driveway and steps. Great view over Karori.
