自我介绍

I can live without just about any "thing" but I couldn't live without meditating every day. It sets my day on a path to be able to deal with whatever comes up. I love people and I love helping people and taking care of them. I have been a holistic health practitioner for over 20 years and my greatest joy is to see the sparkle come back to a stressed out human. I love my daughter, my friends, my home, my work, the moonlight, sun through the trees, sea water and dark chocolate. I like peace and quiet. I have an irreverent sense of humour. I was born a visual artist and have practised this since I crayoned my first wall till now. I exhibit my paintings. I've lived in Scotland, Mexico, Thailand, Pakistan and travelled to many other places. I honour all people and respect their way. Whoever stays with me will get a warm welcome. For sure.
