The Welcome Lodge features 2 apartments, 4 suites, 8 bathrooms, a large shared space with huge kitchen and bar. Perfect for large families looking to get together. When reserving you are booking for overnight guests only. Other visitors are only permitted with pre-approval from the hosts. Disorderly Parties are strictly prohibited. No Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Fraternities/Sororities. No Smoking/Vaping anywhere on property. Average age required to book is a minimum of 30 years old. The Welcome Lodge is located on a beautiful, gated 129 acre property. It has views of wildlife and rolling hills from every window. Our property is perfect for relaxing, and enjoying the nature that surrounds us. The Lodge features Two - 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments and four standalone bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The Lodge boasts a generous Gathering Room, available to guests who book the entire space. This tranquil getaway allows you to enjoy seclusion- while still being close to many local attractions: Amish Country and the village of Berlin (20 minute drive) Historic Downtown Millersburg (12 minute drive) Mohican State Park (25 minute drive) Seven Local Wineries and Tasting Rooms Less than 5 miles to Sunny Slope General Store and Winery, Convenient Store and Gas Station, Seasonal Produce Market Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 Apartment 1 features a queen room, double twin room, and full bathroom. Apartment 2 features a queen room, double room and full bathroom. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, stove, microwave and mini refrigerator. Apartment 1 also has a queen pullout couch. The kitchen is supplied with paper products, eating ware, cooking tools and a stocked coffee maker. Twin Suite Suite A features two twin beds and an en suite bathroom. Guests in this suite can enjoy a beverage station in the common area. King Suites Suite B has one King Bed, en suite bathroom and a sitting area. Guests in this suite can enjoy a beverage station in the common area. Suite C has one Queen Bed, a sitting area and a Bunk Nook for Kids, and a twin pullout couch. Guests in this suite can enjoy a beverage station in the common area. Suite D has one King Bed, a Twin Pullout Couch and an en suite bathroom. Guests in this suite can enjoy a beverage station in the common area. A Twin Rollaway Bed is also available upon request. The welcome lodge is very “welcoming”. It was a spacious space to accommodate our large group from my church. The beds and linens were super nice and we slept like babies. The whole place was very immaculate. There were beautiful fall views and the wildlife was very active. My suggestion is when you stay here make sure you spend time here at the lodge for some R & R. We will definitely be back!
As always, the location was clean, welcoming, and well appointed. The hosts were available if needed and the location itself was exactly as advertised. This is now the third consecutive year we've stayed at this location and our entire group has nothing but positive things to say. We would absolutely return again.
The hosts went over and above to ensure we felt right at home in this extremely spacious lodge. Accommodated my church retreat very well. Hosts live on property and far enough the space feels private and close enough to help. Looking to find another reason to stay here in the future.
Stacey was a super host, from starting to end she has done great job for making us feel like home. Facility itself was great and way bigger then what we had expected. It is clean and exactly as it was mentioned in the AirBnb site. Host had provided all needed things. She had stopped by on our arrival to say hi and explained some do's and don'ts. She also has reached out to us afterwards and mentioned about things that we left and showed her willingness to mail those back. I am really glad that we booked this facility. We certainly coming back here!!

Peaceful property surrounded in fields, forest and lawn. Guests have access to an acre of lawn for yard sports, and also a fire ring.
Our gated property offers a chance to get away and relax. We are also within 20 minutes of Downtown Millersburg, Berlin, Mohican State park and many wineries. Specialty shopping, sight seeing and local Amish attractions are just a few things that make our area special. But the peacefulness of our property are what make us one of a kind.
