Jon was excellent in communication and sent an excellent brochure/guide. The cottage is excellent with plenty of space and very comfortable. Being so close to the town centre was so useful. We would happily book again. Our car was too big for getting into the garage as narrow road, but we managed to get into a parking area just round the corner (free from 5pm to 11 am and had to use the car park near the sea front only on 2 occasions.

Great place stay for Sidmouth. Very cosy characterful cottage with all necessary amenities. Jon was a very friendly and communicative host. Highly recommended and we hope to return!

Jon could not have been more helpful with our stay and provide a great information pack. Hayden’s House is a super property, which is well situated and was everything that we expected from the pictures and description. Would recommend this lovely property to anyone wanting one that sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.
