Great central location in downtown Champaign. Walkable to restaurants & the Virginia Theatre. No direct street parking. However, there is a parking garage about two blocks away & the parking was free on the weekend I was there. The location is above a tavern but honestly the old building with its thick beams & insulated floor kept the room quiet for my Friday through Monday stay.

While we had difficulty getting into the apartment Lois was very helpful in reseting the digital lock. The door to get into the building also needs work as it didn't always open despite the correct code... The apartment was lovely and fairly quiet despite being above a bar on NY Eve.

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway. It has many restaurants and bars within a few blocks. We really enjoyed our stay.
