The house was great and looked just like the pictures. We loved the large common area, kitchen, and deck overlooking the beach. The location was convenient to parks and grocery. Communication and check-in were easy.

I hate to leave a review that seems bad but I just want to let others know. The house was not very clean. Both upstairs showers were clogged. My family started taking pictures before I arrived posting in our family group and I felt terrible I booked it. I hated to complain but it wasn’t just my money renting the house. I reached out and they were very kind and apologetic. I really appreciated that. They sent someone to clean and a maintenance man to fix the drainage issues and toilet paper holders that were sitting on floor when we arrived. A few of the cleanliness issues were behind the bed tables in bedrooms upstairs were wads of hair and dust like it hadn’t been cleaned in a minute, one white nightstand had pink something stained all over, bath upstairs has what looked like grey dried mud smeared on outside, kitchen sink grout moldy. The views and location are perfect but this house needs a MAJOR deep clean and a lot of maintenance. It honestly looks like people renting have just gave it hell and they gave up trying. I will say in their defense I stayed beginning of the off season and this is when the type of clean it needs, needs to be done. So maybe they are going to do it and I stayed before. Im not sure. I should have took other reviews more serious instead of thinking they were dramatic and old reviews. I do want to say I DIDN’T see any roaches like a past review I read. So they did take care of that issue. Either way know what your getting into. Hopefully they will take the time to thoroughly clean and maintain this property. It has so much potential.

The back deck, even though amazing views, was in need of desperate replacement. The mattresses aren’t very comfy. But they have box fans throughout if you are like me and need them for noise! Plenty of room and tons of parking. Everything was clean! Easy check in and check out. Super close to everything!

The location was excellent and the layout of the house was great. The house was missing many basic things that would be expected. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and only a tiny bottle of dish shop. There wasn't any dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. Although this is a beach house, there weren't any beach towels and we were told that we couldn't bring the bath towels to the beach. Some of the bedrooms only had a sheet on the bed and no blank/comforter. The house also didn't seem very clean as there was a stain on the rug in the main living area and a lot of dust on the ceiling fans and lights. We also had an issue at the beginning of our stay and the hosts took many hours to respond to us.
