We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cheese Loft. It was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. Being right at the foot of Dunadd was a real thrill for us, and we were able to visit many of the archaeological sites in the area. Ewan was a great host and we enjoyed chatting with him. Our dog was welcomed, and there were lots of places to walk. Hopefully we will be back again someday.

We had a wonderful stay at Ewan's property- it was extremely comfortable, cosy and welcoming. Everything was absolutely spotless when we arrived and the furniture was all very comfortable with a pristine kitchen and bathroom. The heating etc all worked absolutely perfectly and there was everything you needed in the kitchen for cooking. The location is perfect for using as a base to explore Kilmartin Glen, the peninsulas etc & its also only a 5 minute drive to Lochgilphead, Kilmichael Glen etc. Well worth a visit and Ewan, Lesley and their lovely family (and animals!) were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and immediately made us feel at ease and so comfortable. It felt like a home from home with lovely towels, an airing cupboard for when its very rainy and generally just a lovely place to stay! Couldn't recommend highly enough! It's also pretty special having the historical Dunadd Fort literally on the doorstep with jaw-dropping views from the top!
