It is about 65 square meters with a large open space where there are 2 double beds divided by practical mobile dividers, a comfortable wardrobe and mirrors useful for all the guests of the house, a living room with TV and sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with oven, fridge, dishes, plates, glasses, goblets, etc. The dining area is adjacent and well equipped for up to 6 people. The bathroom is also respectable, equipped with a double sink, shower cubicle, laundry tub and washing machine. We are in Via Roma snc, a few steps from the sea and the centre. The location of the house is fantastic and about 600 meters away we find the Lido Belvedere bathing establishment included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturdays. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more. The centrality of the house in the village makes it particularly functional also for evening outings both towards the historic center and towards the more modern seaside area. The rooms are large enough to insert a cot. Holiday Apartment Limonaia Loft has been recently renovated and everything is new, from the systems, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with hot / cold air conditioning useful for the hottest days of summer and for the cold of winter. Only one parking space in a private car park about 700 meters from the house is included. Also this Holiday House, like all our houses, has a bathing establishment included in the price and within walking distance. They are not necessary but the house is equipped with fixed or mobile mosquito nets.
