The apartment itself was clean and tidy . I had not realised that the pool would not be available when I booked the apartment or I would not have stayed there. this was mentioned later text in the ad but not in the title. Also the Sea access is just sea access for a boat there is no beach at the property. The ad could be clearer on these points. While the apartment was clean and well maintained the area where the bins were stored for all the properties in the development was filthy. I had to leave the property 2days early and check into a hotel as the property only memory foam mattresses I have issues with my lower back that are agitated by this type of mattress. This is a common issue with these types of mattresses. I did ask for a refund for the 2 nights we didn’t stay & I had to book at a hotel because of severe back pain caused by the mattresses in the property but I got no reply from the host . It’s a nice place but best avoid until mid June or if you have issues with your back.

This place was truly amazing! Best location, so beautiful with the sunrise and sunset from the terrace. We stayed a family of 4 with 2 small kids and everything in the apartment worked great! A few things are closed in October such as the pool and some shops in Porto Cervo. But less people at this time a year! We would love to return. See you next time
