Prachtige plek, dichtbij enkele mooie strandjes. Heerlijk zwembad. Meerdere terrassen. Het huis is op orde. Heerlijke ruimtes, met airco als nodig (wij waren er in april dus geen gebruik van gemaakt). Er zijn geen vaatblokjes en geen vuilniszakken of olie, alleen peper en zout, iets uitgebreider assortiment zou wel fijn geweest zijn.
TRAUMHAFTE LAGE MIT MEERBLICK, GARTEN EIZIGARTIG
La villa ha un gran carattere ed è in posizione splendida. A parte qualche difficoltà iniziale (cucina infestata da formiche e non ottimamente pulita, risolto con veleno specifico), e l'inflessibile late check in (alle 17.00 è un po' tardi e si dovrebbe poter fornire almeno un deposito bagagli di cortesia), per il resto siamo stati benissimo. La casa ci è piaciuta molto per la posizione, la privacy, il verde e le rocce di granito che la circondano. Per l' architettura caratteristica, mediterranea, anni'60 che le dona anima e carattere. Anche se due bagni su tre andrebbero un po' ammodernati (servizi e doccia) erano nello stile delle villa con delle belle mattonelle d'epoca. Il terzo era moderno e funzionale. Vicina a diverse spiagge molto belle (due minuti di macchina o, a ca 15 min a piedi, se siete giovani e sportivi). Anche in agosto, abbiamo goduto di silenzio, pace e privacy. Ci torneremo e la consigliamo a chiunque ami la privacy e la natura.
The setting has to be seen to be believed. It’s a beautiful spot and the house is nestled into the hillside with lovely views. The pool is absolutely stunning. Very private and secluded. It’s an easy walk down to La Celvia beach too and easy to get to all the other Capriccioli beaches as well as Spiaggia del Principe. The house is cosy and can be kept cool with Air-conditioning. The bathrooms are a little dated but they suit the style of the house and were perfect for us. The owner met us when we arrived and was charming and showed us everything and helped with recommendations. All in all a wonderful home in the most incredible setting and we felt so lucky to be there.
