Our stay in Capriciolli was wonderful and the house was brilliantly located near the beaches in the area. The house itself was very beautiful with grand views of the surrounding bays. You should expect to stock the kitchen with everything from salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The kitchen itself is quite small so don’t expect to cook grand dinners. Bring your own beach-umbrella as there is not one available at the house. The air conditioning unit in the living area is too small to cool the room. The units in the sleeping rooms worked fine and we slept well. The private above-ground pool on the roof top terraces was a pleasant surprise as it was not in the pictures. The house is located near Vesper, a popular beach-bar that plays music within hearing range during the evening finishing at midnight.

The localization of the house is incredible. Very close (5 min walking) from beautiful beaches. Wonderful view of the sea, in a very pleasant green area. The equipments of the house worked very well, especially the ar conditioners that made a good job because the weather was really hot. The swimming pool and the barbecue area, that are shared with the other 2 houses, were really nice. We use the pool every day without any problems and could prepare nice barbecues with local products. The cons I believe that is very easy to solve: First, the house is very hard to find because there is no street address and the localization point informed at the AIRBNB was wrong. It was a problem because we had to make some calls and lose about an hour to find it; the door of the garage was not working very well what cause us a little bit trouble. One day I had to Park outside and an other day I had to make a call to learn how to switch on the circuit braker that was constantly disarming. And other problem was a flooding at the house during a very strong rain. Mrs Geraldina was Always available when we need. We received good tips about the Costa Smeralda.
