Very cozy house at a perfect location, just a few steps from a beautiful beach, with an amazing view over the sea. The area was very quiet that time of the year, supermarkets and beach cafés in the area were mostly still closed. On the other hand, this allowed us to fully enjoy the private atmosphere of the house and its terrace and the beach. Perfect location for divers (there is a diving school at Green Bay). The house and particular the kitchen are well equipped, we didn’t miss anything. Costas and the agency are very responsive and available by email and phone. We would love to come back to this very special place.

Excellent location, 200 metres away from the beach with parking available either in front of the house or across the road. Host provided a very handy welcome pack to guests. The house was very clean and the veranda/patio area was beautiful with ample places to sit down for breakfast & dinner with sea views. Plenty of kitchen appliances & utensils provided if one fancied cooking. Very helpful local agent for the property. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Costa's villa.

The house is near the sea. You may reach some beaches amongst the most beautiful of the area in just about 10 to 15 minutes by car. Protaras (supermarket, shops) is 5 minutes by car. The house is really comfortable for six but also 8 people could enjoy. Two bathrooms (one with shower and one without it) plus one shower outside. There is a very beautiful patio to enjoy breakfast and dinner.

The house was clean,had a great loaction,it took 1 min to walk to the beach,was equipped with everything neccessary for a long stay,tha wifi conndctiin was also good, the only thing is the house a bit far from the center,but you can take bus number 101 or 102 and reach there in 5 mins or u can also walk,it will take 20 mins, the house had a veeery beautiful balcony with a great view. The only thing it was a little bit older than shiwn in the pictures, but still good for 7-8 people to stay)
