I rented all three apartments for my family and friends over my birthday and they were great. The location is brilliant and the flats are beautiful. Also surprisingly quiet. For a large group they work really well because you are close but people can have their own space too. We had a few issues with the electrics and also with the gas boiler in one of the apartments but those were quickly addressed by the hosts. Being in the flats helped me celebrate my birthday in a really lovely way and I have very happy memories of them.

Our group of 10 adults (5 couples) had a great time at these 3 Venice apartments next to each other. Each apartment was very clean, but not many "extras" in any of them. The AC worked great and was used daily as it was hot when we visited Venice. The hosts booked our water taxi to the airport and that was a big sigh of relief for us. The location so close to the Rialto Bridge was fabulous, we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. We had a few issues, the WIFI was difficult to connect to, but we finally managed it. We did a load of laundry and couldn't get the washing machine to turn off, we finally had to unplug the unit after it was done spinning. The dryer in one of the apartments worked, then stopped working. The AC in one of the units was dripping but still worked. We ran out of toilet paper and trash bags, but the host replenished them once we contacted them. We contacted the host for most of these issues and they were responsive. Overall, we loved it though

Fabulous location and plenty of clean space in a centuries old building. Air conditioning was great in the middle of a heat wave. We loved having windows that looked right over a little square leading to the Rialto Bridge. There are some tricks to know about the water and electric, and the elevator is small - I wouldn’t recommend to someone with accessibility issues. We loved it with our friends and family group of 11.

Amazing location right next to Rialto Bridge, great space for our three families, and solid amenities. we had some issues with the washing machines, but the host resp9nded quickly to resolve the problems. highly recommend for a large group, can't wait to get back to Venice!
