Francesca was a great host. The view from the location was exceptional, watching the boats in the Grand Canal meant you hardly needed to leave this peaceful haven. The only thing to be aware of about the location is that there is a rubbish boat at the little dock where you are located which means you often walk out into rubbish that has been spread out by the birds and this is not very nice. We were greeted by rubbish almost every day. The actual location and Francesca were fantastic however the place could do with some care as there were stains on furniture, worn out bed head and lights that didn’t work - it just needed a little bit of refurbishment and perhaps some renewal of items. We could not fault the response of Francesca to any query - she replaced a broken kettle in a matter of hours and was always really helpful. Ultimately you are really paying for the magnificent unrivalled view which is magnificent. The view alone makes it worth it.

Do not hesitate to book this apartment. You will not be disappointed. The view was fantastic. I could stand all day and just watch the boats go. It was close to everything. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The A/C was great. Francesca answered all our questions and helped us with transportation. There was also a little private dock right in front where u can sit with some wine and just enjoy the great view

The place is so beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting in the windows and waiving to passing by boats while sipping wine. My friends kept thanking me for finding and booking such a great apartment. Francesca is an amazing host. She is very responsive and very helpful.
