This was a spectacular place and in the perfect area . Also , the apartment accommodated my 5 adult children with 2 spouses very comfortably. This was certainly worth the price

Two families (4 adults, 5 kids ages 8-14) spent 2 nights. Very spacious, comfortable beds. On the grand canal, amazing views from rooms and from the rooftop terrace. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Lydia’s place was absolutely beautiful and full of character. Oh my gosh, so much history all around. Coming from Australia, to stay in a 700 year old building was magical (with an elevator 😁). We had Roberto to help us with check in. Not only did he organise private water taxis for us, he even went to the effort of meeting us at the train station to make sure we found our ride with ease, as it was our first time in Venice. The location was absolutely perfect! We walked everywhere we wanted to visit, and with the water taxi stop right out front it really made it so easy to get anywhere you wanted to go. Multiple supermarkets very close by and of course restaurants also. The views….well, breathtaking! No need to book any of these rooftop terraces or pay for fancy restaurants for the privilege of an amazing view as you will have your very own. As for space, well there is no shortage of it. No hesitations in recommending this accommodation at all. Thanks for having us Lydia.
