Experienced below par communications and conflicting information from the host. 1st is the 3rd floor apartment AC not working with error code. Sent back and forth messages to the host with pictures. At one point the host replied the repair would need to be addressed on the next business day which is on Monday, but at the end another person's response with no correlated to the previous responses and just throw in city law for AC policy that doesn't exist in AirBnB website or the booklet in the apartment. At the end, we just suck it up for not working AC. The host use side channel communication like Whats App but not AirBnB message to instruct us to pay cash for city tax and left on the apartment table at check out. We put the cash on table, took picture of the cash count and then sent message to the host via AirBnB messaging. As soon as the AirBnB message out, the host claimed that was an error the city tax had charge on AirBnB total and would process the refund via AirBnB!

This apartment was beautiful and brand new. We were able to accommodate our whole group. I wish we could of stayed longer.

For our party of 11, this was a perfect setup. Elevator worked great for luggage and older persons in our party. We had an issue with the keypad for one apartment, but they handled it quickly. Close to a grocery, which was convenient.

We had a great time as a group of 12 here. The multiple apartments is perfect for large groups. Plenty of living space and sofa beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommended
