"An absolute gem on the Grand Canal! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we stepped onto the balcony overlooking the bustling canal, we were captivated by the charm of Venice. The location couldn't be better – right in the heart of the action, yet still peaceful enough to enjoy the tranquil sights and sounds of passing boats. The proximity to major attractions made exploring the city a breeze, and returning to our spacious and immaculate accommodation was always a delight. Our 5-day stay was nothing short of amazing, and we loved every minute of it. Highly recommended!"

This listing was exactly as described, the location was outstanding. We took a private water taxi from the airport and were dropped off just a few steps away. The location, right on the Grand Canal, was relaxing and well furnished. We enjoyed watching all the boats go by in the mornings and evenings. Very centrally located, an easy walk to the San Marco or other locations.

Everything written about this place is true. Wonderful location. A lot of space. Beautifully maintained and a brilliant, helpful host. Thoroughly recommend!
