So this place is gorgeous. Huge high ceilings. Wonderful windows onto the canal. Big kitchen and comfy beds. The location is away from the tourist traffic and feels very local, with some fantastic restaurants in front on the water. There were a few challenges though, we were left waiting over 30mins with our bags due to the late arrival of a few flights. Unavoidable and the communication was great throughout. There was then also a problem with the front door lock which meant they had to attend while we were there. Again, these things happen. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay with family. The location is brilliant, easy to walk everywhere but also quiet, if you're looking for a restful stay. Would definitely stay again. Many thanks for being great hosts.

The apartment was in a great location, overlooking a canal and very close to the Water Bus stop so easy to get around Venice from there. The host's agent met us as the bus stop on arrival and took us to the property, which was really helpful. The pictures of the apartment on the website made it look a little more contemporary than it actually is (other than the kitchen which was modern) but it was still a lovely property. The air-conditioning was great as it was really hot when we were staying in Venice.

Our family had an absolutely amazing time here! From the very beginning everyone we communicated with about the listing was so helpful and flexible. The apartment itself was perfect for our group of 10, which included an 8, 6, and less than 2 year old. We took full advantage of the well equipped kitchen, as well as the apartment's close proximity to incredible shops and markets where we stocked up daily on fresh produce, bread, cheese, meats and wine. The close location to the ferry stop was convenient for weary travelers. And though the location is not in the heart of Venice, a quick walk in either direction puts you in the hustle and bustle while still having incredible shops and restaurants right outside the door. Throughout our stay Caroline and team were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We can't say enough good things about this apartment, Caroline, and her team. We hope to come back again some day!
