入住了整整一周，非常感谢女主人的热情。房间非常干净整洁 备用品齐全 需要的基本都有 全程无忧。停车就在门口很方便，房东帮忙买了每天3元的停车卡。离伯克利学校步行即可到达，周边很多中餐馆，生活便利。下次来伯克利一定是不二选择。

I had a wonderful stay with my son for two weeks. Val was very flexible about check in times and met us late when my flight arrived late. The house is a charming, older home with beautiful plants in the private back yard. I spent lots of time out there on sunny days admiring them. Val was always reachable and responsive and even made some delicious Brazilian cheese balls for us! The recommendations for local groceries and restaurants were spot on. Loved Berkely Bowl and a must visit if you are in the area. I enjoyed conversation with the neighbors and the community. Check out was easy as well. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

Val’s place is the best! Very comfortable, great back yard, and walkable to BART. Val is also the best! She welcomed us with Brazilian cheese bread and was always very easy to contact.

Valeria is super kind and if she can, she helps you in any possible way. The apartment is old but nice and I appreciated all the pieces of art that Valeria did with her hands decorating the house. The only things I didn't like: - the kitchen hasn't an extractor fan so when you cook every smell spreads all over the house (there is an air purifier that can help a little bit) - to found out that she came once in the house when no one was there without say it in advance, not even after. I know she did it with no bad intentions and that she just wanted to check if there was garbage to bring out, but it wasn't a real necessary to come in and I find that not saying anything is not respectful of guests' privacy. She definetely compensated this fact with lots of kindness in our last day, she let us staying in the back yard using internet after the check-out while she was cleaning the house and I have appreciated it a lot. I recommend Valeria and her house if you go to Berkeley... It is a bit pricey but that's Berkley!

This place was exactly as advertised. Super clean, and the host is super nice! Highly recommend it!
