This room is one of four studio style rooms and sits a stone’s throw from the ocean, and a 1.5 minutes away from a convenience store, restaurant and phone store. Conveniently located one block away from the main transit point for taxis; and is a 5 minute boat ride to Graham’s key and a 10 min boat ride to Low Key. The owner, a retired hospitality professional with 30+ years experience in the luxury tourist market in the Cayman Islands, is the sole resident and is there to cater to you on your escape from the hustle and bustle.

This home is in Sabana Bight, one of the smaller fishing towns on the island, and one of the only ones relatively unaffected by large scale development. There is a little supermarket around the corner from the home, as well as the clinic and the Youth Centre. Its also within walking distance of the hills, so its quite convenient for a quick hike.

Most commuting is by boat. We can provide details on the Ferry and speedboats if needed. There has also been a huge push in recent years to upgrade the roads connecting the various sea side towns, and consequently, small taxis are becoming much more common.
