Nilda was great! Super fast communication - I arrived a couple of hours early and she was able to get me in. The place looks just like the photos - A/C & WiFi worked great! You can basically walk across the street to the beach! Had the basics to make coffee / mini fridge, etc. Good water pressure in shower. I did kiteboarding at nearby Camp Bay Lodge (which is walking distance) and had lunch and dinner at their restaurant each day. I was able to take a taxi from the ferry for $60 each way - no car for me - but definitely arrange for your taxi ride back in advance because this place is very remote. Also stop at the SuperMarket before making the journey out here - because there really are no stores close by. There are a couple of other small restaurants walking distance away but I did not try them. There is some noise - motorcycles going by, lots of dogs roaming around and some horses! I didn't have trouble sleeping because I had a white noise app running at night.

This is our second time staying here and we came back because we just love it so much! Camp Bay is so peaceful and quiet and they are such great hosts. Cuzzie and Danger (the dogs) are such a nice treat because we miss our dogs so much when we’re on vacation. They will hang out with you on the beach (only if you want). :-) We feel incredibly safe here because the hosts live right nearby. They are extremely helpful and so kind. The beautiful beach is just a walk across the street. You are also nearby two amazing restaurants - La Sirena and Cliffsides. They are both within walking distance. Dive Pangea is also within walking distance so you can get in a wonderful dive too! We rented a car and ventured to the West End twice, but really prefer quiet Camp Bay. You will see that it feels more like home. :-) We are sitting on the plane headed back home now and already planning our next trip back.

This place was perfect for us. as the rest of our family stayed in a nearby rental property and we were able to sleep at Mango house. and spend time, eat meals and enjoy the pool and other amenities of their property! It worked out well as the pool for Mango House is not operating.

I stayed at Gabriel’s place on camp bay for a month and it was an idyllic location with private beach front to enjoy daily. I enjoyed the peaceful environment and quiet setting offering a perfect place to enjoy the ocean and practice yoga! I enjoyed my stay immensely!
