房子很好 虽然是老房子 但是设备都齐全 厨房里面也准备了很多东西 床垫睡着很舒适 房东准备了各种厚薄的被子 还有额外的床单和床垫 停车就在后门外面 去超市非常近 去 Boston也很方便 高速公路入口很近 房东很热情 还学会说中文 你好

This apartment is absolutely wonderful! It has the most beautiful views of central park. It has 2 full bedroom suites. The beds are insanely comfortable. It is in a doorman building on the 16 floor. You will love this place if it is available. And Johno is available for whatever you need and gets back to you right away. The shower in the master bedroom is divine as is the tub. Also I brought my infant daughter and Johno had left me a top of the line, easy to put together pack n play. I was completely floored by the experience. STAY HERE!

we had awesome NYC trip with family! place was nice and quite. perfect for two couples or family of 4. maybe 5 max. We had two cars with us which cost extra $45 per day.

This was our second visit to Johno's apartment. The place is immaculate, super well located, comfortable, quiet, filed with light. I wish we can return soon. Johno is an amazing host

It was wonderful 4-month stay. The building is rather new with children playroom and small, but decent gym! Doormen are helpful and nice, ecpecially Adam. The apartment has excellent location: Central Park is two minutes away, food stores are just across the street, children playgrounds/schools are all around. Downtown is just 10 min subway ride, the subway station is very close by. In one word - the location is great! The apartment itself is very open, sunny, maybe even too sunny! but the view is outstanding. The furniture is rather new, there is no cheap IKEA stuff, but be aware it is really designer-make and is very expensive. So if you break smth (as we unfortunately did), its gonna cost you :) Johno (the host) was very helpful in anyway we needed (from getting us extra beds for kids to providing a screwdriver :). His response was quick as he lives close by. To sum it up - we would love to be back!
