A privately owned gated property with three designed, stone-built houses. Secure off road parking, a large garden, outdoor seating, large private pool with children's area, children's playground & BBQ. Outdoor laundry room. TV/Satellite TV & free WIFI and a safe in each house for your important documents plus a First Aid Kit & Fire Extinguisher. 100% cotton bed linen, soft bathroom towels & extra pool towels for each guest. We provide a welcome basket with the basics and food for your arrival. We pride ourselves on your holiday being everything you expected it to be. We are happy to help arrange airport transfers and can help with car & bike hire too. The supermarket 'Coop Varagoulis' in the centre of the village Agios Mattheos offers home delivery and will even take you to and from the villa in their van to do the shopping yourself! We will assist with a smile whatever your needs... please just let us know. Outside Outdoor Laundry Room: with washing machine and detergents. Large Garden & Swimming Pool: a large and beautifully green garden that boasts a swimming pool 12 x 8 x 1.7m deep (with children's area) adorned with cushions, sun loungers, umbrellas. Our pool is private and for your use only, it is not shared and it is not open for public use. Also a playground & seating area and BBQ area. Parking: ample space for secure parking on the property. Thalassa Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds it offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool. Thalassa Double Bedroom: with a double bed and en-suite WC it offers a large wardrobe & set of drawers, air conditioning, shuttered windows, TV/Satellite TV and free WIFI. French doors open on to a veranda with a table for 2 and views over the garden & swimming pool. The top floor bedrooms in both houses have a second larger veranda with a spectacular mountain view at the back & overlooking the pool at the front and a table for 6 people.

It is hard to overstate how much we enjoyed staying at Liostasi. The villa is very clean, with full air conditioning and in a a very calm, peaceful and secluded part of Corfu, but minutes away from Prasoudi Beach and Lake Korission. Mr Christos and his wife were always contactable, are well known locally and always offered recommendations to help with reserving tables at restaurants or even sunbeds on the beach. The pool is the highlight of the villa, and clean. Christos takes pride in his villa, and in being a host. Everything is well thought after, from first aid kits, and fully stocked fridge with goodies, beers and a bottle of wine to get us started, to the warm home cooked pastitsio dish waiting for us on our 11pm arrival. Because of its location, a car is a must. Also nearby is the Governor Olive Oil farm - their tour is a must do for any stay on Corfu. Our highlight each day was seeing Christos and conversations via Google Translate :) we hope to come back soon.

Set in the olive groves and close to the sea. The traditional bustling mountain village Agios Mattheos is 4.5km away and the tourist resort Moraitika 7km.
Enjoy the sun and sand relaxing on the nearby Kanouli beach. Treat yourself to a natural face & body pack with the grey clay, which is plentiful on this beach, before rinsing off in the Ionian sea.
Just 1.5km away are Lake Korrision and the sand dunes at Halikounas beach; Halikounas is a popular destination for kite surfers, with a couple of tavernas & beach bars (photo on the left) on the way.
Northwards along the coast are Prassudi at 2.5km, Skala and Paramonas beaches at 3km. All of which boast more tavernas, sunbeds and umbrellas. Pedal boat hire is available on Paramonas beach.
The nearest village, Agios Mattheos, is a few km away. Here you will find the post office, doctors, pharmacy, supermarkets, butchers, cafes and tavernas. The supermarket COOP offers a home delivery service and also are happy to collect you to do your own shopping and then take you back home. The tavernas also offer a home delivery and take away service.
